1 - Lot of learning opportunities/materials available through online and offline training. 2 - Salry will be credited on time. 3 - Safe place to work. 4 - Good to join for manager post or above.

1 - Due to union, its difficult to work. 2 - Increment is not available on the basis of merit. 3 - Difficult to take leave with Weekoff. 4 - Cannot meet / solve problems immediately by Local HR. 5 - Canteen quality is very poor. 6 - Safety rules are flexible with need. 7 - Shift engineers are responsible for all problems. 8 - Difficult to get guidance by higher authority.

Depends on department to department. Like if I talk about starch plant earlier there was a Sr. Manager who use to shout his lungs out on each of his junior no matter what the problem or situation was even company's VP knew it and was helpless, I don't know why. If I talk about Project department they give a hell of work to employee but give increment like an ant. So it's a MNC company with lala baniya company culture.
