The best thing about Roop automotives is their HR team . They have the best set of guys.. All are very supportive. 212 plant is the best plant in india.

Very poor management not even a single person in the senior position want to do work by rules .Actual fact are hidden from top management and fake data is presented to keep them off there back.Very high focus given on meetings but not a single good output come out of these meetings which can be implemented to make the process better.Main problem is plant head who want to grab everything by himself without giving any positive motivation to lower people....Read More
