It's a non professional private firm. All approval come from Mr Ahmadi, or Abbasi. They want you to act like a street vendor only after sales nothing is fixed they keep changing as per the need of business, no work ethic, no sales funnel, no process. Only words not a professional work culture. Join only if u want to work like a slave and have no option. For expect work visa for 2 years. Once in a 2 year need to go to home and that is very subjective, means for that you have to pampered the bosses like a hell. No Life & work balance. Timing is very strict. They treat u like a prisoners after work also u can't go to outside. Only breakfast is provided in house lunch & dinner are with pathetic tiffin service. No personal car, and its a shared accomodation.
