It's a non professional private firm. All approval come from Mr Ahmadi, or Abbasi. They want you to act like a street vendor only after sales nothing is fixed they keep changing as per the need of business, no work ethic, no sales funnel, no process. Only words not a professional work culture. Join only if u want to work like a slave and have no option. For expect work visa for 2 years. Once in a 2 year need to go to home and that is very subjective, means for that you have to pampered the bosses like a hell. No Life & work balance. Timing is very strict. They treat u like a prisoners after work also u can't go to outside. Only breakfast is provided in house lunch & dinner are with pathetic tiffin service. No personal car, and its a shared accomodation. Most of the things not as per employment contrac, if you rise tour voice they u may ask to leave or simply terminate without any proper reserved....Read More

There is nothing to like about this Islamic mindset company, which prefer only Muslims .

Dislikes

They have no idea if to hire someone or not , the interviewer was too underqualified don't even know the basics of pharma or buisness. Asked irrelevant questions and also very poor with English. Although it was the final round of interview. So overall even if you better than the interviewer they won't hire you because you are hindu and they will waste your time
