Rolling dice is a worst place to work because they ll keep u waiting for a new project from morning but they ll handover u the project to u after 5 o'clock and ll tell u to strech at night and finish off the project that day only. Yes, u heard it right they don't care about ur health, they can make u work 11hrs or even more than that. Once I worked like that on one project for 11 days straight. I used to reach office at 7o'clock and used to come around 2 or 3 o'clock in next morning and again u have to go at 7o'clock same morning and start the same time period. It was hectic for me. And i m sure no one wants to work like that. Even after all these things they creave to raise ur salary and ll point out all ur mistakes and obviously ends up on not raising ur salary. They ll tell u to strech and work almost every day and while reimbursement of all those cab fare and food fare they make it late and creave a lot to pay u back for the same. HR is there bt he is useless and he ll promise u all the facilities but while talking to CEO he ll deny everything. "Yes sir" persons r lot in that office. Everyone makes fun of CEO and when CEO is near then they ll talk to CEO like good boy... U know what i mean. So be careful about these kind of people. Even if u don't find any of my suggestion true, sooner or later u ll get the taste of it. And i garuntee u that. Best of luck if u think to work with them. Sorry if u r working there....Read More

Work culture is very worse. They ll keep u free from morning to evening. And just before ur ofice hours is supposed to windup they ll give u some work and then tell u to strech and finish it up. Saying the "client is like that only, what to do" and all that.

I was a Motion graphic designer there. Worked alot. But vey disappointed by the work culture.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Employee Benefits

Nothing. Only reimbursement was there for food and cab but that also they r not giving now. New regulations had been implemented where after 10 o'clock only u ll get reimbursement. That too they ll make it very late to pay off. And if u don't ask for it then they ll not pay u only.
