Likes

Food and hostel is good but safety is zero. Suitable for ITI and below candidates. Very low salary.

Dislikes

Very poor safety. There is no security for hostel rooms. Very low salary. Food and canteen is good. Staffs are very friendly.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
