Absolutely Nothing. The company is full of politics. One cost center is trying to overpower another cost center even when they are part of the same BU. Managers think they are the boss and employees are assistants. Especially Indian Managers who are hired just because of their references.

Dislikes

Politics. False commitments. Vision less leadership with strategic shifts every quarter. Basically a shinking ship.

People are good out there. One of the most supportive colleagues I have got. It’s great to join the organisation if you want to make friends. You can learn new things based on your experience. Overall experience was great. Friendly people in GEBS Noida Team.

Not much career growth as people are here since so long so no scope for any new comer to grow ,neither good increment and most importantly they keep 15% as variable pay and it is rarely given so bad choice if you are taking variable pay . Force them for 2 month notice period then only join

Rockwell as an organization is extremely good. You will get many opportunities for growth and learning*(but in some of their vertical the favoritism culture is applicable). In my point of view Rockwell is a great organization but I request everyone whenever you get the opportunity in rockwell never joined GEBS operations.

There are plenty of things which I not like specially in GEBS Operations. Buttering:- If you are good in this then definitely you will get the promotion doesn't matter whether you have process knowledge or not. Management:- Never think about the people who adding the value to the organization. They always care about who are in theirlist of favoritism. There is no increment from last 2 years, No Professional and personal Growth. Corporate politics is too much and Those who follow manager order are safe and rest who are working there work silently are unsafe.

900 layoffs and many more expected. Don't join Rockwell Automation. They can fire you anytime without any prior notice.

No job security. No appraisals, bonuses were cut. No growth opportunities. Poor management Poor HR - they have no say they are just puppet following the instructions of global team. No empathy towards employees.
