I like the most is work life balance and all the senior are supportive and helping in nature. My manager always appritiate when I give good demo or any other works.

Dislikes

I don't thing any reason to dislike. I'm getting whatever I want so no dislikes.

My work life is superb. Best example of work life balance is Rocket Software. Also every friday is no meeting day.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
