It used to be one of the best companies to work with before 2020 but now it is a terrible place to work especially if you are on a third-party payroll

Dislikes

Unethical work culture, they will expect you to be available all the time for work, Saturdays & Sundays are also screwed. They have laid off and dissolved a lot of positions in mid-2021 for no absolute reason before that they claimed to be supportive towards their employees during the pandemic. The management change has changed everything at Roche.

Company is not good. They don't value employee.

Dislikes

Culture is not good. People are not supportive. I asked for WFH as my mother is suffering from cancer, so I wanted to visit her. So my manager told No, you have to follow the policy and you have to come to office. Policy is same for everyone.
