The company is open to innovation and readily adopts and latest technology Work is properly Done As Per Client requirement .But Job Security For 3 Years With Bond I Will Give a Rating For Job Security 3/5 And Salary Much Better 3/5 and a plus point office give a full accommodation to move on client side and my colleagues gives a full support to complete a projects

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
