Dislikes

- Company changes policies at their will - less transperant reg policies - HR's not employees friendly - mostly makes rules to avoid paying to employees - uneven increments, pay - huge difference in pay among peers

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
