No proper training and learning team. Not provide any scientific inputs. No marketing strategy. Whimsical decision No new molicules or good molecules. Company managed by non Pharma people. No idea of Pharmaceuticals, ask arbitrary figure to acieve. No clarity on Expenses deduction.
