This company has very bad accountability among the team members. Project often seem to fall through the cracks and it's unclear who is responsible for their success or failure. The overall performance has not met expectations. There seeme to be disconnect between goals. It would be beneficial to establish clear expectations and enhance communication across department to better collaboration. The way have resignation is very bad way( they will fo tour FNF after 3 months) which is not mentioned in the offer letter. They hold your salary when you are on leave. They have no particular date to release the salary. Every months they having the salary issue of the drivers. They have huge amount of penalty every month to recover their losses. They have no lunch places for their employees. No washroom for their employees who worked for company around 12/16 hours. They have big gapped in salary date. Which is impossible for patients. The big issue is- nobody ready to work their after 3 months. Every 3 month somebody is finding new jobs. I extended my holiday and then when I gone for rejoin they refused me to join and blaming me for 60k amount of penalty and hold my FNF after I regular present there and clear everything then they fined me 5k and release my FNF. Nobody there is happy to work with this company. This company have no Future for the youngsters. Only for the who didn't get jobs anywhere. Don't tie up with this type of company.
