RJ CORP company is the best company. one of the good organisation best place to work. Middle management is not properly organisation. Middle management not recognizing senior team members at store level. New comer are getting better salaries then old staff. No promotions are given those who worked hard for the company for years withgood skills.this kind of sensitive information is not reaching main owner of the company. that is the main reason for old staff leaving the company. Not recognising the senior staff. those who have good talent and worked hard for the company to build the brand for year. this is the fault of middle management. HR department is very weak in selection and promoting the staff. Most of the employee already left for not recognized. Those who left are ready to move on in the coming months.
