Their is no job security in this organisation. They sent the most of the employees on sabbatical leave without written confirmation for indefinite time and forced them to put down their paper verbally with only one month compensation. The company has no value, no ethics. I don't find management is relevant. Work culture is not as per the mark. As far as company policy are concerned, it's better not to discuss about it....Read More

Dislikes

One will dislike most of the things after joining. Poor and worst overall management, Eastern region mangement doesn't have decision making power. Their first and foremost priority to keep their bosses happy in every possible way. They aren't supportive at all. Remember, employees will never had their superior/manager/management support when things would get escalated. Even, Regional Management won't appreciate anyone even you are working more than the actual working hours (8:30 hours daily) and not even happier if you would work for 12 hours, always indirectly insist you to work without any benefits. NO JOB SECURITY at all based on most of the employees experience throughout India. Undoubtedly dirty politics are the part the overall management. My only suggestion is things 10 times before joining this company. During the Covid pandemic, they always tried to safeguard themselves, don't bother about their employees who had been associated for so long and the worst part is the company doesn't have work ethics and values....Read More

Absolutely disgusting. You will never be happy, expect a huge pressure from your boss without moral support. Always give fake promises.
