TBH working with this company is like working in a political environment... From top to bottom its filled with politicians... Mallu factor matters a lot.. if you belong to some other state you need to struggle a Lot u will be targeted by managers for silly mistakes after that they will make you run around whole UAE like a football.

It put food on my plate.

Everything. There was nothing to like about the work place. The management is full of blood sucking vampires. No respect for hard working people. Managers gave growth to people who played cricket with them. Special offs were arranged for people who were the favourites of management. Staff were threatened, mistreated and disrespected. Work Details

Rivoli Group is the last company anybody should ever work for !! We have worked 16 hours a day also and havent been compensated for. Gone to work with bleeding feet and they didnt give a damn. They force you to come to work even if u r not well.
