Payout and incentives are really good. As a matter of fact company is good at reqarding their staff.

Dislikes

There is a lot of favouritism itself in the company especially people who belong to south india and can speak Malayalam, managers will treat them nicely and they will be appraised every year regardless of their poor performance and store upkeeping.

Work life was quite intense as managers would ask most of their employees to work for full shift ( long working hours ). Though the company is good in providing training time to time to enhance skill set of their employees
