There's nothing I like about RITUKUMAR

I don't want to put it out there and invite trouble for myself right now because I know I will get into trouble for this but again I would have to tell it out loud anyway if not now then in future. So I used to work for Ritu Kumar as a fashion consultant in Chennai although my colleagues over the Rutland gate store were so supportive and helpful for me all over the journey, but overall the Ritukumar experience as a working individual was horrible af!!!!! The AM over there was such a trouble for me, I don't want to name her, she crossed so many boundaries. Wherever I used to go out, whatever I used to do, whatever I used to carry she kept an eye on everything!!! It was so uncomfortable and it made me creep a lot. Since it was my first ever permanent job I shut myself up and I didn't say anything at all. But it was not her business to do such thing and she kept on spying at me in the name of the BRAND, idk why. It was horrible. Then I was placed in Adyar branch as well and the manager over there was pressuring me too<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The work environment is so toxic that I had to leave without informing her, and later because of some issues in the stock she tried to frame me and my old friends who used to work there trying to get money but I was confident and I said we didn't do anything and it was not our fault and we stated to check the cctv as well</mark>. I was all alone with that manager and AM it was so lonely and scary too, any fault of their own was blamed on me. The worst part is I didn't get my settlement till the last month and I didn't get my relieving letter as well. I would suggest all the people trying for Ritu Kumar just watch out for urself, don't get yourself into the trouble that you wouldn't be able to get yourself out of.......Read More

The RITU KUMAR that is the name which influence many job aspirants to join this big name...there is a phrase in Hindi that is "NAAM BADE AUR DARSHAN CHOTHE" the same thing goes with the RITU KUMAR... There is no job security & training in RITU KUMAR they are highly unprofessional. They found few apparel missing from the store and wi thout having any proof & evidence they strayed harassed me and compelled to pay 39000/- and forced me to an extent that i had to resign & pay rs 39000/- i was in a continuous depression out of continous mental harassment at work. they mentally & financially harass their female employees with the name of pilferage.<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.they even called the police to arrest , they threaten to ruin my life & career, work environment is terrible , it's like a nightmare working there </mark>...they hold not even the salaries but the F&F ....POLITICS!! ONLY POLITICS exist in RITU KUMAR from upper level to lower level...there is nothing like appraisal/ salary increment ...there iis no career growth nothing.....i would not suggest anyone to join RITU KUMAR....Read More
