The RITU KUMAR that is the name which influence many job aspirants to join this big name...there is a phrase in Hindi that is "NAAM BADE AUR DARSHAN CHOTHE" the same thing goes with the RITU KUMAR... There is no job security & training in RITU KUMAR they are highly unprofessional. They found few apparel missing from the store and without having any proof & evidence they strayed harassed me and compelled to pay 39000/- and forced me to an extent that i had to resign & pay rs 39000/- i was in a continuous depression out of continous mental harassment at work. they mentally & financially harass their female employees with the name of pilferage..they even called the police to arrest , they threaten to ruin my life & career, work environment is terrible , it's like a nightmare working there ...they hold not even the salaries but the F&F ....POLITICS!! ONLY POLITICS exist in RITU KUMAR from upper level to lower level...there is nothing like appraisal/ salary increment ...there iis no career growth nothing.....i would not suggest anyone to join RITU KUMAR....Read More
