U will be promoted but salary will not increase U will be doing same work for yrs 101% prominence given to sales person backend ppl not treated well. HR will not give proper resource months More benefit to union

Dislikes

Worst decision in your life if you choose to work here. Regret every moment. You will be treated as a slave bossy workplace. Rude and mostly people behave like ruffians. Extremely biased if you are not a local. Forceful and mentally harassing working environment. Work life balance will go Extremely bad. They are name sake a german company but process and policies are outdated and every dept work in silos which makes very difficult to get anything done. No over time pay even if manager forces you to strech for 16 hours a day. No learning, training and development plan, no incentive for career growth....Read More

company is good and technical front.Very challenging and good learning experience will have good exposure, cost competitive and mass production,system well placed and very supportive working environment.

Great product,great reputation,some very good peolpe. Good benefits if you can manage to stay with company long enough to get them.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
