The company is pune based but I am working in ATMS project of company in Gujarat.so the site working is 12 to 15 hrs.Not good communication in site.according to work sallery is not given.teammates or team leader is not properly communicates with out of Gujarat people's.Company name is Big but site working is very poor Company provided the Guest house but Jail is better than this Guest House.

Company gives training but on site work is different. Team leader doesn't give respect to ENGINEER. FOR jr.engg gives the labouring work.

I love the fact that i was a part of a good company which has a good client base all over india. So as a resuly i have to travel all over india where the clients are located. I get to learn the latest trends and tech of rajdeep info techno in the field of toll management system. All the trainer as well as the site engineer were very helpful.

Dislikes

Growth is slow. Work pressure is very high because i need to serve them on site prior to the shift. Roaming profile.
