Company is existing since 18- 20 years . But there is not a single experience sales person . Performing Sales person are not promoted purposely so that they resign and their client can be taken over by management who does nothing . Here staff are appreciated on the basis of number of years completed in the organisation even though their performance is pathetic. Dislikes

Staff is promoted on the basis of information provided to management about what other staff is doing . If you are career oriented and performance driven this is not the right company for you. Only join this organisation if you are good in talks and talks of what others are doing . if you can do buttering well with management that this is the company for oyu and you have good growth here .
