Managers doesn't care about you to your growth. Saving every rupee either by not giving the hike you deserve or the promotion on time. If you want to learn new technologies and want some guidance then don't come here, you won't find anything as such. They will give you flexibility to implement anything but when there's someone under whose guidance you can seek proper resources info, that will help you in your growth faster not working independently or haphazard way.
