If we talk about salary you will get at time. This is only the positive thing about Rishita developers.

Dislikes

1. No job security 2. Non ethical company 3. Worse environment. 4. Mostly people have religious feelings and castiesm behaviour. 5. No provident fund policy, no medical insurance etc. 6. Appraisal you will get once in a two year. 7. Very narrow minded, you cannot be friendly with your female colleagues. .Net shell not a good company for educated and carrier oriented professionals.

Work Details

It was average journey as I was very laborious and fruitful for the company otherwise I would be out of the Company today or you can say due to less vacancies in good companies.
