1. No job security 2. Non ethical company 3. Worse environment. 4. Mostly people have religious feelings and castiesm behaviour. 5. No provident fund policy, no medical insurance etc. 6. Appraisal you will get once in a two year. 7. Very narrow minded, you cannot be friendly with your female colleagues. .Net shell not a good company for educated and carrier oriented professionals.

Salary on time regularly MD Sir is an excellent leader with a remarkable ability to connect with everyone, from juniors to seniors, in a genuine and respectful manner. Their gentlemanly approach and professionalism make them a pleasure to work with and an inspiring figure in the company.

Salary on time. MD is good. Only two reason to join the company.

Unexpected salary deduction every month here. Rajesh yadav and Priyadarshini Pathak HR Dept. both are not good for company. They hold employees salary unexpectedly. I suggest not to join the company. Project Head D N Pandey is talks like non technical person.

Company expected you more & more but u cant any thing as employee from co. No job Security. Worst work experience no working culture as like other co. non ethical co. Extreme politics. Its place not for working professionals according to me.

I worked there for 7 month. Completed my confirmation period was asked to leave in a day without any notice period . Hr is worst department in terms of induction and exit. No exit interview taken . No employees greviences addresssed .Being an experience and educated professional I gave my company 100% . Not a secure place for womens and no division for complaints .Working culture bad and lots of politics. Teammates not supportive. No reporting cluture. Work satisfaction not to contendment. Not having well software to work on.

...here is no culture of notice period or termination. The cause of exit not given. They don't provide the salary slip and the exit amount break up.
