Rio tinto does not have any attendance system, login and log out time is also not tracked. They provide meals daily. They also provide various juice, lassi, soft drinks. Gym plans (Cult fitness)

The employee culture is not really good. Since the company makes sure the employee well being, however the managers genaerally do not support employees and have nothing to do with the employees work life balance.
