Likes

Biggest positive which RT has the work life balance it provides to its employees. If it's a weekend, it is a weekend.No one would call you or bother you. Second is the work environment which it has. Although it may vary from team to team but I am sure the work culture is equally good across all teams . Third would be the company policies which are quite employee friendly and management does listen and answer any queries one may have over regular interactions with the employees....Read More

Dislikes

Career growth is limited. The kind of org structure it has makes it a bit difficult to grow within the organisation. Second is the increment policy it has. It usually remains below industry standards which is disappointing and can be improved.
