There's nothing that you will LIKE, being an ex employee of the company,I feel happy that I have left the company.Don't spent your precious time in the company as you will be getting nothing.

Dislikes

The work culture is very bad,the office timming is a joke, my office time were from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM, which is never followed by the company(not even a single day),it can extend to 9:30 to 11:30 pm too. The company even doesn't give the holidays properly which is total rubbish.They will even ask the employees to work from Home on Sundays which is pretty bad,and your not not even paid for it,even national holidays can't escape from the company. Coming to salary pov ,the company cannot provide salary in time too, usually all the company provide the salary on 31st or 1st of the month,but the salary was provided after 1 and half week later, which shows the level of employee and company relationship as bad statement. When working for the company, you will not be getting the full salary, there will be many discussions with your team members and leaders about it ,and they will try to reduce it as much as possible so that the company saves the money. If you're joining the company,join the company on your on risk , because it doesn't have the value of taking that risk. There are many other companies too but don't join the company,mark my words you will be Happy with the decision....Read More
