Not satisfy regarding job security.Management are not listening what problem with employee.Jonha management is very poor.Jo Mukherjee sir ko pasand hai wahi Waha job krega.Management do not know how to manage the problem.Na hi hme joining letter dia gya ar na hi experience letter dia gya.Si I have no any proof ki mai Rinchi trust ka koi employee v hoo. thank you so much.

The job is vry interesting amazing , struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.
