Not satisfy regarding job security.Management are not listening what problem with employee.Jonha management is very poor.Jo Mukherjee sir ko pasand hai wahi Waha job krega.Management do not know how to manage the problem.Na hi hme joining letter dia gya ar na hi experience letter dia gya.Si I have no any proof ki mai Rinchi trust ka koi employee v hoo. thank you so much.

Best experience in my life about skil development and learning different languages in dis rural area with different diseases 👍 Good work environment and culture appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
