I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The work environment is good with helpful team members, The day I joined I got an opportunity to learn not only the accounts work but also the other dept. work, like sales, purchase and Hr Dept. Every Year there is an appraisal for better opportunity to the employees.

Being a senior and knows the work, but decision cant be taken, the work pressure is high, and who ever comes new should guide them every time. Being a Senior if some one does not know the work and instead of giving information and guidance, if they don't do, that work is assigned to me.If any new employee joins, instead of giving training they directly assign work and if any mistakes happens they are been scolded, due to which they resign the job and go....Read More
