As Right Track has partnered with reputed donor agencies, one can get a good exposure about the trends and cultures of the organization and various dimensions of the problem.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

A poor management team, one can be demotivated very easily, no place for self development, only one can get the scope, if the donor agencies provide something. Otherwise no work-life balance, no motivational booster. Salary scale is good as the donor supports, but RIGHT TRACK does not offer that always. Besides, from all the expenses head they try to pull out some money for their pockets.
