You don't feel working like mnc . No process .no system .

Every thing.. carrier growth is worst.

No career growth.It may take time as long as 9+ years to promote to next position.Much politics after the management full of Indian peoples ( as foreigners left management in India after some years). Many employees asked to resign randomly without a fixed criteria saying Market slack but surprisingly many employees are appointed at the same time giving rise. Every department has man power reduction by asking for resignation except HR.HR department is fill of managers ,and Deputy managers.So there exists better opportunity in HR department. Only in one or two case where the higher person in management or person in politics taken objection the persons resignation was cancelled. Work culture was good....Read More

Favor-ism,Politics as management now became full of Indian peoples .Good and long year performance cannot guarantee growth ,promotion.
