The work-life balance isn't great. No leaves even for emergencies. Salary appraisals aren't great, salaries weren't on time. Sales pressure is huge. The salaries are mostly delayed. The management is haphazard. Don't value employees time and there is no concept of work life balance. HR policies keep on changing. No holidays on any occasion. Overall a very demotivating culture and experience.

I don't like those people who don't do their work for what they are getting salary and position.if we don't have good senior there is no security. Very bad politics in just small group. Don't have idea how long work life is balance.

I am a receptionist but all the time has to do work on multy task. Like some time have to be a an accountant, technician,Bhau peon, and most of thr time i do work as a center head absence of her and presence of her.
