Richfeel is a lovely brand , products are very well design to modern type, the employee working in the company right from the top to normal work mate are very friendly and treat each other like a family member. Very good environment to work in .

But when it comes to conformation and growth of an employee , they don't pay attention to it. Take all their staff for granted, due to no proper salary n incentive staff are leaving. The company is well organized, work environment is good, training is good.

The work-life balance isn't great. No leaves even for emergencies. Salary appraisals aren't great, salaries weren't on time. Sales pressure is huge. The expectation is never ending for sales targets, even if 100% is achieved company doesn't appreciate, instead is upset that 120% wasn't achieved.

I don't like those people who don't do their work for what they are getting salary and position.if we don't have good senior there is no security. Very bad politics in just small group. Don't have idea how long work life is balance.
