Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. There are very good brand and the the office maintenance is good.

There is no sitting for me when I joint even after 3months I did not get any desk for my self. I worked as a senior merchandiser and handing hi fashion brand production part. The DMM of the account was also very rude and not helpful. Not a good company I found . I use to work from home as well after reaching at night around 9. Very bad experience 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
