1) Fixed time slot (9.30am-5.30pm, 8 hours, 6 days a week) 2) Relaxed Work Environment (Limited pressure) 3) Some real great seniors (Head Honchos from the best consulting firms such as KPMG, PWC, IIT, IIM alumnis) 4) Excellent company vision 5) Central work location, easily connected with all forms of transport 6) Salaries on the higher side, as per Kolkata standards

Dislikes

1) Like all firms, the top management level consists of both good and worst leaders, unfortunately my reporting manager was the later. Too much discrimination between team members, too little learning made working with him a nuisance 2) Limited career growth (both in terms of position and financially) 3) Office politics

Work Details

I served as a deputy manager in their digital team for a year. I expected huge exposure from the role, as it was a big organization. Alas, the job role became very monotonous after a while and their was nothing new to look forward to on a daily basis.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
