Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Working culture Management It’s a corporate or a plant not a shop MD using foul and abusing language while speaking with others and me. No employee engagement The policies they have made is just for this company only no other company follow these policy, Un experienced staffs Old machineries No proper washroom for staffs No hygiene It’s a red sign to all the peoples, if you want to grow in your carrier please think 10 times before joining, During probation 2 month. Notice They will provide you chrome book and will sign a agreement with you and that chrome book is of no use if a person is coming from a good company or after long experience Senior management is having trust issue that’s why they doesn’t trust any one that’s why have all the proofs before leaving the company just like I do Some employees are working since more than 2 years and the management if in a mood hold there salary if they have not submitted there documents after 2 or more years They are asking for original documents photos same has been taken from me as well. And they will create a issue by not approving the documents even when your document is right In sales team they are asking for wifi speed in house, they are forcing them to install wifi at home, and why is that I don’t know if the person is coming office for duty why u need him to stall wifi at home. I would strongly advise against joining this company. Despite the supportive nature of your collogues, the upper management is highly problematic. They provide Chromebook to every employee and make you sign a contract for 3 years, so you can stay in this company for a long period, if you leave before that period, they will file a legal case against you. The MD of this company uses abusive language towards everyone even girls also which creates a very hostile work environment. Throughout my tenure, I did not encounter a single positive feedback from any employee. Few positive feedbacks you might see are often posted by the company itself. Mr. Bijendre Sir, is the only one who genuinely cares about the employee staff, However, he is also bound by the Monga family. Please think carefully before deciding to join this organization. In my ten years of experience, I have never encountered a company like this. I cannot fully convey my dissatisfaction in words.
