There is nothing to like honestly. Their so called company is managed by two idiots. It is more of baniye ki kapdo ki dukan rather than a retail house

They do not pay they will eat your money and won’t even burp. Worst experience of my life. The owner will also try on you will call you for parties get you drinks and will do inappropriate things then saying ‘yeh sab toh chlta hai na’ i was too traumatised by this that i immediately resigned the next day and the audacity to say ‘ mene toh aapki saari help ki thi you were not ready’ Absolutely disgusting place. Horrible experience working over this place. It doesn't have even very basic facilities such as clean washroom and drinking water. Place is very untidy. They even don't give stipends to the interns at the end. There's no learnings at all, just wastage of time. Work environment is also really bad.

Rhine retail private Ltd is a very fast growing company in garments sector as well E-Commerce. Company work culture is very fine and very helpful for new commers as well as existing employees.

Dislikes

In this company, the work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 13-14 hours straight in a day as I have attended client meeting in evening time an late night. And there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior flows like me have to guide them step by step.

Generally talking about my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product life cycle and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day essential operations. And I had learned various skills. And grow up myself.
