Illitrate and unskilled empolyees ruling the everthing they doing nothing except back biting of other staff from manager. Falied management to control illitrate's tentrums. They allow work life balance only married employees and treat ummarried employees like salves. Manager and thier chamcho ki team, team up againest the person do dirty politics and remove them.

Management decisions. Specially in Kolkata branch the SBU head is worthless. He just put his personal ego on other employees. Salary structure is also very poor in Kolkata branch than other RG branches in India
