Working at rezo feels like labour. Working hours are flexible but you can not leave office before office ending hours But you can leave any number of hours later of office closing time.

Lots of thing to share but we know they will ask glass-door to remove negative salary. HR doing good job there; Special mention- No TA 1. Pathetic work culture 2. No carrier growth 3. Their competitions already have a great product compare to rezo. No Scope of the product. 4. Team bonding or employee engagement is just booz. No activity no social gathering within a team 5.
