1. Management is extremely rude and employees are not treated with respect. Employees are shouted at for the smallest of things and the behaviour by head management towards new/old employees is not acceptable. 2. Long working hours. People are not allowed to leave even if their work is done. They are expected to sit in office. 3. No work life balance. Work continues till late hours at times. You take your office home. 4.
