I was in Agile type project. You would have debates , arguements and stuff with fellow Developers but it is the same everywhere. I enjoyed my work and loved logging in every day. It was never monotonous.

it is entirely team work company, if u are flexible with time and easy adaptive to pressure situation then only you join.
