Good company to work and joining process was done smoothly by the HR with all their support to employees. Management is good and supportive. Team members are helpful and polite. All the festival are celebrated with full entertainment and all this happens because management and HR puts all the efforts to keep the employees happy. And after that they change their decision any time...and not bother to update person who further working on same? In short management will leave you ambiguous for further work rather than solving your problem. And no inter-department communication and later management put all blame on purchase team....Read More

I was hired as an Intern for 6 months and now i completed 6 months and working as a permanent team member in their R&D department. Company has helped me find an accommodation in Mumbai and. Training and learning is very good in Rexnord Electronics.Products are very good abd new technologies are added every year. Management is very supportive and Fellow team mates are just awesome. Everyone including freshers are given good role and responsibilities. There is a chance to learn many things if you are greedy to grasp.

As can see that, company is getting write good things here by some people's to improve ratings virtually but they need to improve things internally. They are best in tricking employees and pretending to be so good.

Everything to dislike in this company. Sales people have to make 4 visit daily. They don't care what designation is your and what level of experience you have. Performance is calculated every week. No job security.
