I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. One of the worst company for sales and marketing. There are no professionalism in any department. Zero knowledge in sales and marketing strategy. No development, gives only false commitment.
