I used to like it but now it’s not good, they consider only their gains don’t even give salary as per the employee designation and WORK They make you work a lot but least appreciation received for work and more criticism only!

It's good that it gives training to the freshers.

Dislikes

Work culture is not good. Lack of maintaining the balance between and professional and personal time. Clients quality is not good for oracle. And even HR people won't help in this. And you have the streach the working hours.

Compensation is good for fresher, however the give increment in bonus and that is proportionately given as per rating.

Dislikes

The organisation is micro- managed. Pathetic top management. The job doesn't actually requires a CA. No complaints are resolved by the top management.

Work Details

I was unable to have work life balance. The managers expect to work till late night as the clients are of US and till login early. There is no comp-off given if you work excess. However, if you even work 1/2 hour less on a particular day, the it's not all

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
