I have more control over my work with little to no Micromanagement.

Dislikes

They change policies as they want to keep up with their profit. People have lost interest in actually building a product Most importantly, they did not give the entire last year's variable pay(2+ lakhs) for me and of course 0 increment. One of the poorest management hierarchies, the company still follows a college level tech management system. " yeh fix kardo, woh kardo" without any complete description or business requirements. No one cares who gets the work done as long as it gets done( I guess common in all companies) No other benefits or activities other than salaries. They have almost no funding of their own, they're acquired majorly by jio who just exploits them and ultimately exploits you....Read More
