The work load is sometimes heavy, which the team needs to deal with, however that I feel is also a plus of Reval. Not a single layoff or pay-cut was observed during pre & post covid situation. Little surprised to see the comments in others post about the salary payout lateness and trip contribution, which never happened with me as Ileft the organisation after 7 years of service, and never found such scenarios. Dislikes

Management is still taking ages to solve simple problems which could ease life of the analysts. Work life balance for an analyst is not there at all. Being a consensus firm, they often witness employees streching beyond working hours even during non peak seasons.
