I don't have any great words about of reval but carrier starts hear he became a master because they learn how to survive in corporate field.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues and our efforts. Salary is not well, career growth not addressed. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. Management is still taking ages to solve simple problems which could ease life of the analysts. Work life balance for an analyst is not there at all. Being a consensus firm, they often witness employees streching beyond working hours even during non peak seasons.
