By far the worst and most hostile working environment I have ever worked in. Employees are treated like cheap labour. This company has no written policy. The management, a three men team the owner, his PA and sales head have no business ethics. They adhere to cheapest and lowest of business practices. The owner directly ask his old employees to train the new employees, so he can terminate the old employees. The business model is the biggest red flag. All the employees are asked to tell buyers fake names, make fake promises, sell them stocks the company doesn't have. I have lost my mental peace within first week of working there.
