What Maneger say is final. Even though he have personal grudges management will not look employee point of view. Overall you need to be calm what ever they say. Else you will be out

They should be growing to take feedback and make sure they work on the feed back. HR takes the complainant but there is no work on that. Just listen and keep quiet

We had a special session on they best ways to WFH because most of us dont prefer working from home since its too distracting and cannot focus. We got tips for better focus. Resolver provided us with career development programs, online tools to upskill yourself. Resolver has the best employee engagement activities not to miss team when everyone are working remotely, we connect online interact and have fun. We have bi-weekly team gathering one for fun and one for learning. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
